The Hiccup Show

We start the show by saying silly words like "blubber" and "mukluks". Lucy then talks a bit about the coming of Spring and how Grandpa John used to be able to do the splits on roller skates. Finally, we talk briefly about our visit to the zoo with Lucy's cousins.

Lucy and I talk about seeing continents in the clouds and then Lucy sings a couple of songs--about the months in the year and then about the days in the week. Finally, we talk about the playdate that we went on today.

Stuffed Animals and Moving Day

Lucy and I talk about the big snowstorm that hit Minneapolis this week. We then talk briefly about stuffed animals and which animal Lucy might bring to show-and-tell this week. We talk a bit about how trucks move cows and other animals from place to place. And finally, we talk about using trucks to move all of your stuff when you move from one house to another.

Lucy at 2 Years Old

This week, instead of a live discussion with Lucy, I'm publishing a recording from 2-1/2 years ago, when Lucy was 2 years old. I try to get Lucy to say a few things. But, though she is a chatterbox when not recording, she's a little bit shy with the recorder.
